Ingredients
1 Vanilla Cake Mix 8 Tbsp Butter (softened) 1 Egg 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 4 Ounces Cream Cheese (softened) 2 Cups (approx. 8) Oreo Cookies *I use Double Stuffed* 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips Instructions 1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees 2. Combine first five ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms 3. Break up Oreos with your hands over the dough. Mix them in with the Chocolate Chips 4. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to an hour 5. Roll the dough into 24 even balls 6. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes NOTE: Do not over bake! The cookies will seem under done but that is ok. 7. Let cookies cool for 2-3 minutes 8. Tap the tops of the cookies down with a flat spatula to even them out 9. Remove from sheet and let cool off completely 10. ENJOY! |

1 Cup(2 Sticks) Margarine or Butter, Softened 1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Salt (optional) 3 Cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) Optional: Chocolate Chips or Raisins Instructions 1. Heat Over to 350 Degrees 2. Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy 3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well 4. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well 5. Stir in oats; mix well 6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto uncreased cookie sheet 7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown 8. Cool 1 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack 9. ENJOY! |
